• Quick Start/Manual Program: On the quick start/manual program, you can alter the speed or incline at your preference at anytime during the Smooth 9.65LC workout for a customizable routine.
• Goal Program: Time: Choose a preset time or enter your own. Distance: Choose a preset distance or enter your own. Calories: This is an ideal program for those who are watching their calories or have goals based on calorie counts. Simply enter the number of calories you would like to burn and begin.
• 10 Speed Programs: Vary your speed throughout the program.
• 10 Speed and incline programs: Vary your speed and incline throughout the program.
• Heart Rate Control : This heart rate program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The Smooth 9.65LC treadmill determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.
• Fitness Test : 12 minute program judged on speed of completion.

• Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth 9.65LC Treadmill from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the Smooth 9.65LC into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry the treadmill in.
• Inside Front Door Delivery ($69): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth 9.65LC Treadmill inside the door of your home.
• EXPRESS Curbside Delivery ($89): Express curbside delivery will be delivered up to 5 days quicker than our standard delivery options. The freight company will remove the equipment from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights).
• In Room Delivery ($119): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth 9.65LC Treadmill in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($229): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth 9.65LC Treadmill. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.

Gym-class treadmill

"I did a lot of online research before deciding on the Smooth Fitness 9.65LC. I went with this unit because of price and prior experience with their equipment (we have had a Smooth Fitness elliptical for 7+ years with no major problems). It has a very solid feel--running is no problem even at high speeds and I weigh 190 lbs. It is quiet as well. There are plenty of programs to keep my wife and I satisfied. The arm controls are a great convenience. Assembly was quite easy by myself. This unit is heavy so I would recommend the in-room delivery, especially if not placing at street level (we placed ours on a 3rd floor loft--quite a feat for the delivery crew but they did it). Have had the unit 3 months and so far the only problem was an intermittent squeak with running, but this has somehow disappeared on its own--perhaps needed a break-in period or temperature adjustment (was delivered in the cold of winter). Did have trouble trying getting customer service to arrange a service call to look at the squeak but apparently their computer systems were down. By the time their systems were back up and they promptly got back to me, the squeak had resolved and has stayed resolved. Never had customer service issues when calling in past about our elliptical either. Overall, I have no regrets with this purchase. Definitely gym-quality without the gym-quality price. And you can't beat the lifetime warranty. This is the 2nd Smooth Fitness machine we have and would not hesitate on a 3rd."
