• Goal Program: Time: Choose a preset time or enter your own. Distance: Choose a preset distance or enter your own. Calories: This is an ideal program for those who are watching their calories or have goals based on calorie counts. Simply enter the number of calories you would like to burn and begin.
• 10 Speed Programs: Vary your speed throughout the program.

• Heart Rate Control : This heart rate program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. "If your looking for a commercial treadmill at a residential price, the 9.65LC is it. I am a heavy runner and this treadmill is holding up like a champ. The only thing that could be better is the speakers, it did not take them long to start making a loud, annoying sound. But in my opinion that doesn't matter. I would definitely recommend this treadmill."

Great machine very good service

"Overall, very good and stable machine. I run on average 4 x 10 km a week. A machine will never replace running outside but when comes bad weather such as winter I need to find an alternative. Before choosing to buy I have gone thru a lot of blogs and looked around specialized sports stores. For me the 5 user programs are exactly what I need. The other preset programs are Ok for the average users but not for what I do or need. So the Manual and User programs are perfect for people like me witch like to build our very own training sessions which can be only hills, only speeds or a mix. What you should know is that a session is divided into 10 programmable steps (speed and hills) with this machine it is possible to do up to 5 own programs and 1 manual which is similar to a GO now program on gym machines. With this one the nice thing is that you can program only the items you want such as time, speed, hills, hart rate or distance objectives and Start your training. The good thing with the 5 user programs is they are saved but can be modified very easily anytime. The console is not the most impressive or hi-tech but does what I need and is sturdy (that’s all matters to me). Delivery was fairly fast and yes it is a heavy monster but this is exactly what you want for stability. I had a problem with the console after about 1 month so I called and they sent another one for replacement right away. So overall Not the prettiest machine but one that is sturdy that will probably take hard training for a long time. When you look at the way it built and the warranty that comes with it you can’t go wrong! By the way, NO I don’t work for Smooth fitness!!!"
