Killer Hills
Choose your workout level (1-12) and adjust the level of incline during the workout. A preset time of 24 minutes is programmed with the option to adjust the length of the program up to a maximum of 96 minutes. An increase/decrease in incline occurs every two minutes with this program.

This program combines variations in both the speed and incline to provide the maximum results in weight loss and calories burned. Choose your workout level from 1 through 12. Self-Learning/Competition
The Distance LED will show 3 (MILE). For new users, there is a preset speed (2 mph) and incline level program in the computer. You can change the speed and incline levels during your workout. The Distance will count down to zero and then stop.

Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.

Amazing so far, but the computer manual is wrong

"Received our new Smooth 9.45 ST yesterday at 1:00PM and had it together and running in less than 2 hours, putting it together kind of slowly while I was working on the phone. The assembly guide is spot-on (which is rare anymore) and only had an issue with the screwdriver supplied stripping before the screws (but the screwdriver is free, what do you expect?). Power up, belt was perfectly aligned, tightened everything up and finally got a chance to put a quick mile on it tonight. The suspension is going to be a Godsend to my knees, ankles, and feet. My *ONLY* complaint is the computer manual, as it's wrong in just a few places (how to pick a program is wrong as you have to pick user profile first, says incline changes values when it's really the speed, etc). Once you figure it out, you get over it quick. I'm SO glad I found Treadmill Doctor that led me to this, as I was about to blow almost $4,000 on a Precor which I don't think was as nice, as far as running feel goes."

"I looked at alot of treadmills in the stores. Some good some bad. But not 1 other company I ran into offers the warranty that Smooth offers with the 9.45ST. Once it arrived and I got it set up, the quality is the reason why Smooth offers this warranty! If you want to buy a macine and not worry about the cost of repairs, this might be something you want to look at."

"I purchased the 945St to replace my gym membership and I could not be more pleased. I normally worked out on the $5000-$7000 machines in the gym and this one is just as good or better. I love the motion control which allows me to change the speed on the fly without tripping up on the hood cover. This has been a great feature for me."
