Programs:

• Quick Start/Manual Program: Customize your workout with the quick start/manual program. You can alter the speed or incline at your preference at anytime during your Smooth 9.45TV treadmill workout for a routine.
• Killer Hills: Choose your workout level (1-12) and adjust the level of incline during the workout. An increase/decrease in incline occurs every two minutes with this program. A preset time of 24 minutes is programmed with the option to adjust the length of the program up to a maximum of 96 minutes.
• Interval Speed Program: Just like the interval incline program, only you optimize your workout on the Smooth 9.45TV treadmill through a variation of speed.
• Weight Loss Program: This program combines variations in both the speed and incline to provide the maximum results in weight loss and calories burned. Choose your workout level from 1 through 12. The higher the level, the more intense the workout. Both speed and incline will change during the workout to give you the best combination for maximum weight loss on the Smooth 9.45TV treadmill.
• Self-Learning/Competition: The Distance LED will show 3 (MILE). For new users, there is a preset speed (2 mph) and incline level program in the computer. You can change the speed and incline levels during your workout. The Distance will count down to zero and then stop.
• Heart Rate Control Program: The heart rate control program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The Smooth 9.45TV treadmill determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.

• Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth 9.45TV Treadmill from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the 9.45TV Treadmill into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry the treadmill in.
• Inside Front Door Delivery ($49): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth 9.45TV Treadmill inside the door of your home.
• In Room Delivery ($99): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth 9.45TV Treadmill in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($199): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth 9.45TV Treadmill. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.

"We have enjoyed working out with the treadmill. I chose to have it put together for me and that was a good decision. Don't think I could have done it by myself. Machine is very quiet, doesn't jerk. I like how it stops smoothly even when you yank out the red safety key. Great investment we use it every day."

"I was very nervous making an online purchase this large because I am VERY picky about the treadmills I use. I'm used to the gym quality machines but didn't want to spend $5K. We researched every brand of treadmill for months prior to deciding on this one. I never post comments on purchases but I'm so happy with this Treadmill that I decided to share my opinion. The TV is a great option (highly recommend it), I love the motion controls; The stability of the machine is a huge "plus" for us and was the area we were most concerned about.(my husband is a stocky 250 lbs and he loves the sturdy/non-wobbling); many workout programs to choose from! I just logged in my first 3 mile-run and have nothing bad to say about this treadmill. Should I find a negative issue, I will return and repost. The delivery company was a bit of a debbie-downer; however Smooth's customer service was all over it. (seems they have one employee with a "can't do" attitude.) I give Smooth's customer service an Excellent rating as well. (Kudo's to Matthew & Christine!!!!) We did not have a long wait for the treadmill, maybe a week after placing the order online. The delivery company was on top of scheduling delivery and were very accommodating. It was delivered and assembled today. My husband was on-hand which was an asset. I highly recommend the white glove delivery. It was nice knowing when they left, it was ready to use. "
