Programs:

• Target Time: Select the amount of time you wish to exercise on the 7.6HR Pro treadmill. Speed and incline can be adjusted during the entire workout. The speed will start from 2.0 MPH and the incline will start from level 0. Distance and calories will count up from 0 while time counts down from the target.
• Target Distance: Select the total distance the program will run. Speed and incline can be adjusted during the entire workout. The speed will start from 2.0 MPH and the incline will start from level 0. Time and calories will count up from 0 while distance counts down from the target.
• Target Calories: Select the number of calories you wish to burn during the treadmill workout. Speed and incline can be adjusted during the entire workout. The speed will start from 2.0 MPH and the incline will start from level 0. Distance and time will count up from 0 while calories count down from the target.
• Interval Incline: Interval training allows you to alternate between pumping up the heart and catching your breath. Choose a workout level from 1 thru 12. The higher the level, the higher the incline levels during the workout. The Time LCD shows a preset workout time of 24 minutes, which can be adjusted higher or lower in four-minute segments. Incline is changed automatically every two minutes during the workout.
• Interval Speed: Just like the Interval Incline program, only you optimize your treadmill workout through a variation of speed.
• Weight Loss: This program combines variations in both the speed and incline to provide the maximum results in weight loss and calories burned. The user chooses a workout intensity level between 1 and 12. The Time LCD shows a pre-set workout time of 24 minutes; which can be adjusted higher or lower in five-minute increments. Both speed and incline will change during the workout; the minimum speed/incline segments last two minutes, and the maximum speed/incline segments last three minutes. For example: at Level 1, speed varies from 1.6 mph to 2.8 mph while incline ranges from 0 to 3; Level 12 speed varies from 3.8 mph to 5.0 mph while incline ranges from 0 to 15.
• 5K Self-Learning/Competition: The Distance LCD will show 3.1 miles or 5 km. For new users, there is a preset speed (2 mph) and incline level program in the computer. You can change the speed and incline levels during your workout. The distance will count down to zero and then stop.
• Heart Rate Control Program: This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The treadmill determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.
• User-Defined Custom Programs: 3 different people can use the 7.6HR Pro treadmill and create a user defined workout based on their preferences.

Shipping Options:

• Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth 7.6HR Pro Treadmill from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the Smooth 7.6 into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in.
• In Room Delivery ($99): BEST VALUE! For a small fee, two delivery professionals will place your Smooth 7.6HR Pro Treadmill in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• White Glove Delivery ($229): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth 7.6HR Pro Treadmill. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people this White Glove option is well worth it.

"Such a reliable treadmill. Have had it for over a year now, hasn’t had one problem except for a few squeaks recently—I called customer service, they replied that day and walked me through it. "It’s no lie that I’m skeptical about buying expensive purchases online when you can’t try out the product, seems stupid to me. I had checked out the Smooth units online and even with the things I read, I refused to spend that much if I wasn’t positive it was good. Luckily my buddy isn’t so skeptical and bought it…he loved it. Had me come over and try it out and I have to say, what I’ve read is completely true—it’s huge, heavy, can handle my stride even at my weight, and somehow still folds? I don’t know how honestly. But figured I’d add onto the list of pleased customers, not everybody’s got a friend willing to fork out the money without trying it first. "

Great Fold Up Treadmill

"I’m definitely not a home-gym kind of guy. I like the quality of the gym’s equipment so much better than what you can usually afford to buy for your house, but I’m so busy with work that haven’t had time to GET to the gym. So I caved, bought the smooth 7.6. I have to say, this thing is just like the one at my gym, except it folds up so I can actually fit it in my house. Wasn’t expecting it be so heavy duty, even with all the good reviews I read. Getting a great work out and saving time, definitely worth the money."
