"My husband and I have both enjoyed using our new treadmill. When we purchase it we did not percieve a need for all the features. However once we started using it we really are glad to have them. The programs provide us with needed variety, the fan is perfect for helping us to stay cool, and the heart rate monitor helps us to know when we are in the zone. The primay complaint we had was getting our machine. I ordered the treadmill on Memorial day weekend. The mistake I made was beliving the delivery window. Smooth fitness does not seem to care about this inaccuracy on their website. I complained about it twice and the customer service person indicated that it is a common complaint. The first time I called I was told it was because I was in the countryside. I then clarified that I am in a major metropolitan area of 10 million! The delivery took over 3 weeks. "
