"This product was delivered to my apt. and was very very heavy (the delivery men struggled bringing it in). I had someone else set it up for me but they were done in about 30 minutes. This treadmill is fairly quiet and runs smoothly. At times it shakes or bounces a bit when the incline is up, which is a bit scary, but it's sturdy enough to keep me going. I've had it for a year now and am satisfied with my purchase. The downfall is that it should have came with a carpet (the wheels squeak when the treadmill bounces on an incline) and I have a small apt. so it is a bit bulky. But I love the product for it's price and quality and always recommend it as a great fitness tool for the home."

I like this no fuss, no frills machine's sturdy construction and warranty. Delivery time and service were excellent. Too bad it did not come with a mat 'cause now I am online shopping for a good mat."

"Terrific product; no complaints. HOWEVER this thing is a monster to assemble. It took SEVERAL HOURS, not just the "half hour" suggested on the website. Frankly, it took my husband and I over an hour JUST to wrestle it out of the box, and nearly an hour to sort through the MANY parts, screws, etc and read the assembly instructions thoroughly. The actual assembly then took well over two hours. So, although the website sort of discourages the "white glove" delivery option where they assemble it for you, TRUST ME -- it's worth every penny!!"
