Shipping Information

Our goal is to ship all orders within one to two business days. On average, delivery takes between five and ten business days depending on the destination. While we know this sounds like a long time for an online purchase, a little extra time is required due to the extra weight of our top-quality ellipticals and treadmills. Delivery is typically arranged during a 2- to 4-hour window, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Shipping charges for continental US destinations are clearly indicated on your order. From time to time, we offer free curbside delivery or other shipping promotions, so make sure you take advantage of these offers when they're available. In-room and fully-assembled "turnkey" delivery services are available for a small additional charge. Take a look at our delivery options page for details.

Once your treadmill or elliptical has shipped, we'll send you an email that contains your invoice and instructions on how to reach us if needed, you can track your shipment on-line using your order number and zip code or if you prefer give us a call toll-free at 888-800-1167 for current shipment status. Prior to delivery, you will be contacted by one of our select freight partners to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please note that, due to the high value of the products we ship, we require you to be home to receive, inspect and sign for your equipment. This is as much for your protection as for ours.
