Our goal is to process orders within one to two business days. On average, shipping takes between seven and twelve business days to your local delivery agent depending on the destination. Please note that our shipping and delivery rates only apply to the continental 48 states and that additional charges may apply for areas that require ferry service or areas that are beyond the delivery range of the nearest delivery agent. Prior to shipping your order, you will be contacted with any additional charges that may apply to deliver your home fitness equipment. In Room Placement & Assembly options may require an additional one to two weeks for delivery as well as deliveries more than 50 miles from the delivery agent. While we know this sounds like a long time for an online purchase, a little extra time is required due to the extra weight of our top-quality ellipticals , treadmills, exercise bikes and home gyms. Delivery is typically arranged during a 2- to 4-hour window, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
We offer free curbside delivery and other delivery promotions, so make sure you take advantage of these offers when they're available. Inside front door, express curbside delivery, in-room placement and fully-assembled delivery services are available for an additional charge. Take a look at our delivery options page for details.
Once your fitness equipment has shipped, we'll send you an email that contains your invoice and instructions on how to reach us if needed. Prior to delivery, you will be contacted by one of our select freight partners to arrange a delivery. Please note that, due to the high value of the products we ship, we require you to be home to receive, inspect and sign for your equipment. Additional charges may apply for multiple delivery attempts. This is as much for your protection as for ours.
