A: Our treadmills, elliptical machines and exercise bikes are only available online; this keeps the 50% dealer mark-up out of our prices. When you purchase a unit from a local dealer, you’re paying that local dealer a huge mark-up to cover their overhead costs. Just like other purchases such as computers, we’ve developed a manufacturer-direct selling model in order to pass the savings onto our customers. This enables you to purchase a comparable model that you may have seen in a local fitness store for considerably less.
A: We do not charge you any sales tax unless you are having your unit shipped to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Nevada.
A: Our delivery agent will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and a window of time for your delivery. Depending on what delivery method you chose, it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you with your delivery.
A: Shipping takes between 7-9 business days to your local delivery agent depending on the destination and delivery option. If you live in a remote area or if you chose an upgraded delivery option, it may take an additional week.
A: Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery. If you selected curbside delivery, you will need to bring the unit from the truck into your home.
A: Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm. In some areas, the delivery agent may only come into your area on certain days of the week, but they will call you prior to delivery to arrange the day and delivery window.
A: Our delivery agent will call you in advance to schedule a day and window of time for your delivery.
A: No, if you order curbside delivery you will be responsible to bring the unit from the truck into the area you choose. You can however order In Room delivery and a two man delivery crew will bring the unit into the room of your choice, this is our recommended delivery method.
A: We have hundreds of independent service technicians across the country that will service your unit. Should you ever have an issue with your unit, you simply call into our service department, they will trouble shoot your issue over the phone and dispatch a service tech to your home to service your unit.
A: Like most manufactures our warranty is not transferable, it is valid only for the original purchaser.
A: No, our units are residential units and the warranty is only valid in a residential setting.
A: We don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii but we can arrange to ship to a freight forwarder for you. We do have service providers in Hawaii but not in Alaska. A: Our treadmills use a normal 110-volt circuit, and have a grounding plug. GFCI/AFCI outlets and GFCI/AFCI Circuit Breakers are NOT recommended for use on this product. GFCI outlets and GFCI/AFCI Circuit Breakers may cause this equipment to function improperly.
