For your convenience, we offer multiple delivery options for your brand-new elliptical trainer, treadmill, exercise bike or home gym. We work closely with a few hand-picked specialty freight carriers to provide the best service possible.

Standard Curbside Delivery
Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the equipment from their truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights)

Front Door Delivery
We believe this option is the best delivery value. For a small fee, the freight company will deliver and place your treadmill or elliptical in the first dry enclosure of your home including the garage, porch or inside your front door. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home's front door would be an additional charge- please call us to arrange for more flights)

Room of Choice Delivery
For a fee, two delivery professionals will place your treadmill or elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs only- additional flights will be at an additional charge- call us to arrange for additional flights). As our fitness equipment is solidly constructed, a typical treadmill weighs 250 lbs. or more. I'm sure you'll agree that having someone else carry it up to your bedroom or down the basement steps is well worth the money.

Delivery & Assembly
This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your new treadmill or elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights - additional flights will be at an additional charge). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.
You can select a delivery option during the check-out process, or if you'd like, you can discuss the delivery options further with a fitness consultant. Give them a call at 888-211-1611 - they get in early and stay late to take your calls when it's convenient for you.
Please note that our shipping and delivery rates only apply to the continental 48 states and that additional charges may apply for areas that require ferry service. In Room Placement & Assembly options may require an additional one to two weeks for delivery as well as deliveries more than 50 miles from the delivery agent. Please call if you'd like to make other arrangements.
