Pat Croce Becomes Spokesman at Smooth Fitness

Entrepreneur and former Philadelphia 76ers President Pat Croce was named spokesman for Smooth Fitness on Thursday.

Smooth Fitness of King of Prussia, Pa., is a online retailer of home fitness equipment.

Croce first began his relationship with Smooth Fitness in 2006 as a member of the company’s board of directors. As a spokesman for the company, he will help guide product development and endorse the company’s line of treadmills and elliptical machines.

“Pat has an uncanny way of making you want to keep up with his energy level, and he’s a great role model for all walks of life,” said Bill Olson, CEO of Smooth Fitness. “For the past four years he’s been an inspiration behind the scenes at Smooth Fitness and will now be even more so when he is up front and center.”
