Smooth Fitness, and InternetFitness.com, guarantee full satisfaction on all of our products. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy years of quality workouts, however, we know we can't please everyone all the time. So, if in the first 30 days you're not fully satisfied with your equipment for any reason, we'll take it back for a full product refund or credit. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact Customer Service at 888-800-1167. We will credit you purchase price upon receipt of the authorized returned item.

Return Policy
To be eligible for a complete product refund or credit, you must:

• Obtain an RMA number from Customer Service within 30 days of delivery,
• Return all equipment in the original packaging in good condition,
• Prepay and insure return freight, and
• Ship the equipment back to our King of Prussia, PA warehouse within 10 days of receiving an RMA number.

It's recommended that customers retain the original packing material for at least 30 days, in the event the unit needs to be returned. Refund does not include shipping, delivery and assembly charges. Return pick-ups are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Customers are not responsible for shipping costs associated with refusing equipment that has been damaged during shipping.
