For your convenience, we offer multiple delivery options for your brand-new elliptical trainer or treadmill. We work closely with a few hand-picked specialty freight carriers to provide the best service possible.

• Standard Curbside Delivery
  Curbside delivery is the lowest cost delivery option. The freight company will remove the equipment from their truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in.

  Sometimes we offer free curbside delivery, please take advantage of it when we do.

• In-Room Delivery
  We believe this option is the best delivery value. For a small fee, two delivery professionals will place your equipment in the room of your choice (sorry, more than 2 flights of stairs will cost a little extra—please call for details). As our equipment is solidly constructed, a typical treadmill weighs 250 lbs. or more. I'm sure you'll agree that having someone else carry it up to your bedroom or down the basement steps is well worth the money.

• Turnkey (White Glove)
  This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your new treadmill or elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people this turnkey option is well worth it.

Please note that our shipping and delivery rates only apply to the continental 48 states and that additional charges may apply for areas that require ferry service. In-Room and White Glove options may require an additional one to two weeks for delivery. Please call if you'd like to make other arrangements.
