Responsibilities:
-Monitor call queue and respond to customer calls in a timely manner
-Work with customers in a professional and courteous manner
-Complete all help desk entries in great detail
-Troubleshoot problem to resolution or until deemed outside service is necessary
-Inform management of any indications of problem trends
-Dispatch and monitor outside service to problem resolution

Requirements:
-Experience in electro mechanical troubleshooting
-Ability to work with minimum supervision
-Good customer relations
-Ability to troubleshoot electro mechanical problems and determine parts needed over the phone to completion with customers and service technicians
-Must be willing to work to work flex or overtime hours as needed
