• Manual Program: Adjust the resistance as you go for a thoroughly customized workout.
• 5 Preset Programs: Rolling Hills & Valley - Simulating a ride over rolling terrain, you will pedal for alternating periods of moderate changes in intensity. Choose from 18 levels of difficulty according to your current ability. Fat Burn - Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Ramp - Increase strength and endurance. With this program, you will pedal for alternating short periods of low and very high intensity. Choose from 10 levels of difficulty according to your current ability. Random - Train with the Random program to get fit for any physical challenge that comes your way. Various different profiles are offered so every work is new and exciting.
• 1 Target Heart Rate Control Program: After setting the desired heart rate, the resistance is controlled according to the target pulse setting. This means that the resistance will automatically be increased until the pulse rate setting has been reached or decreased if the pulse exceeds the target. The program ensures that the exercising heart rate remains approximately constant during training.

• Inside Front Door Delivery ($69) : BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the V2300 Recumbent Elliptical Bike inside the door of your home.
• EXPRESS Curbside Delivery ($89): Express curbside delivery will be delivered up to 5 days quicker than our standard delivery options. The freight company will remove the equipment from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights).
• In Room Delivery ($119): Two delivery professionals will place your V2300 Recumbent Elliptical Bike in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($229): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your V2300 Recumbent Elliptical Bike. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.

Love my Recumbent Elyptical

"I had been looking for a recumbent elyptical for years. It's the best way I have found to get a great cardio workout with no joint impact. Smooth Fitness has finally made a great product at a reasonable price. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at the stability and overall design of this "bike". It runs so quietly, I can use it while my husband watches tv.. I can finally get the aerobic exercise my body craves and look better as a bonus. I am happy, happy, happy with my purchase. I recommended them to my sister, who is now having back issues. I even tell strangers about it! Thank you, Smooth Fitness!"
