Manual Program: The manual program allows you to create your own personalized workout, or to simply experiment!

12 Preset Programs: This program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.

4 Heart Rate Programs: The machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.

Watt Control: Use the preset wattage level or select your own. Resistance changes automatically during this routine to ensure a constant level of effort. The effort level can be increased or decreased during the workout.

Custom Program: Create your own work out whether is a walk in the park or a hike in the mountains you can record you favorite workout and repeat as many times as you like. As your tastes change or you fitness level increases you can modify these programs to meet your needs.

Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth E4250 from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the E4250 into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry elliptical in.

Front Door Delivery : BEST VALUE! Delivered to the first dry enclosure of your home, including the garage, porch or inside your front door.

EXPRESS Curbside Delivery : Express curbside delivery will be delivered up to 5 days quicker than our standard delivery options. The freight company will remove the equipment from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights).

Room of Choice Delivery : Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth E4250 in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).

Delivery & Assembly: This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth E4250. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.
