"We received our elliptical and also chose to get the "white glove" service. The men put it together exactly where we wanted it. We did have to contact customer service as our display wasn't working correctly. The had someone out right away that fixed the problem. It is smooth, easy to use, and makes it easy to workout. But we thought it was a great value for the money and very similar to some commercial gym ellipticals. The hookup for the MP3/ Ipod is great and the speakers are pretty good! All in all, we enjoy having it and adding to our "home gym" for some additional variety for cardio. If you are thinking about purchasing this, there is no reason not to, the customer service is great, the machine is great, and we look forward to it lasting a long time! "

"This machine was a gift and I love it. It provides a great workout overall with a variety of training modes for an optimal workout so I am never bored doing the same repetitve exercise. I exercise 5-6 days a week. The elliptical provides better stability/ less impact on my knees when compared to a treadmill. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend this elliptical to anyone. "

12 Preset Programs: This program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
1 Heart Rate Control Program: The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.
1 Watt Control Program: Use the preset wattage level or select your own. Resistance changes automatically during this routine to ensure a constant level of effort. The effort level can be increased or decreased during the workout.
Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth CE DSI Elliptical from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in.
Inside Front Door Delivery ($69): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth CE DSI Elliptical inside the door of your home.
EXPRESS Curbside Delivery ($89): Express curbside delivery will be delivered up to 5 days quicker than our standard delivery options. The freight company will remove the equipment from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights).
In Room Delivery ($119): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE DSI Elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
Delivery & Assembly ($229): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE DSI Elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.
