Programs:

• Manual: The manual program on the Smooth CE 8.0LC elliptical allows you to create your own personalized workout, or to simply experiment!
• 12 Preset Programs: This program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
• 4 Heart Rate Programs: The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.

• Inside Front Door Delivery ($49): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical inside the door of your home.
• In Room Delivery ($99): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($199): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical. The Perfect Exercise Machine

"The CE-8.0LC elliptical trainer has enough features to challenge one, no matter what his level of fitness. The console give several feedback parameters to measure progress. The machine is easy on the joints, very quiet and way overbuilt compared to most machines. This one will take all the punishment you give it, day in and day out. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. I especially like the heart rate control feature where the machine automatically adjusts the resistance to maintain your pulse at a given percentage. I highly recommend this product and the Smooth Fitness company to anyone desiring a good way to stay fit. "

Great Unit!

"We did some heavy duty research before purchasing the Smooth eliptical. While it was not the low price bid, the reliability and quality sold us. When the unit was up and running it was a stark contrast to our last eliptical from a different mainline manufacturer. Much quieter and as the name implies smoother. We are pleased with it and use it every day."

Great Machine

"Very sturdy and quiet. Has plenty of programs to choose from. Unless I am not using it right the only issue I have is switching between users and having to press enter, enter, enter to move through the age, weight etc before I start but not totally time consuming. Didn't take long to assemble (under two hours)and is a fantastic buy. Took longer to arrive than the website said, only real downside that I had with it. Though when I called they gave me progess updates."

"Ordered this a few months ago and it is a great buy. It is heavy so pay the extra $$ to have it brought into its designated spot in your house. Easy to assemble, took me 2 hours on my own. It is very stable, extremely quiet. I can be working out on it without waking my wife. Heart monitor works like a charm. Would definitely buy again. Only minimal thing is that it is longer than most elliptical so will not fit on one exercise mat."
