Programs:

• Manual: The manual program on the Smooth CE 8.0LC elliptical allows you to create your own personalized workout, or to simply experiment!
• 12 Preset Programs: This program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
• 4 Heart Rate Programs: The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.
• Watt Control: Use the preset wattage level or select your own. Resistance changes automatically during this routine to ensure a constant level of effort. The effort level can be increased or decreased during the workout.

• Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the CE 8.0LC into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry the elliptical in.
• Inside Front Door Delivery ($69): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical inside the door of your home.
• EXPRESS Curbside Delivery ($89): Express curbside delivery will be delivered up to 5 days quicker than our standard delivery options. The freight company will remove the equipment from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights).
• In Room Delivery ($119): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($229): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 8.0LC Elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.

Excellent Product

"I am amazed at the quality and solid construction of the machine. I wanted something that would work for myself and my wife who is 12 inches shorter than me and this one fits the bill. It is more than heavy duty and seems like we will get many years of use from it. I also like the fairly easy assembly it required."

Great Elliptical

"For me, this was an impulse buy on Boxing Day and it has gotten a lot more usage than I would have expected. It has a perfect spot to securely put an ipad for extended exercising that helps to eliminate boredom. Great product with a solid feel to it, and I wouldn’t have a problem recommending this to anyone. It was a little challenging to put together so we recommend you pay for the service unless you are sure you are up for the challenge. Really enjoy the heart rate monitor and built in programs. Another good thing about this unit is that it is a good choice for a basement with a lower ceiling. "

Couldn't be happier

"We paid the extra amount to get the unit in our house. Unless you have a super steep driveway like ours, don't waste your money on this as they do like it says and drop it right inside your door. Wife asked them to move it inside and nope. Anyways done with the bad. Don't be afraid of assembly it is super easy and straight forward. I was way way outta shape and a pretty big guy, but using this unit was awesome. Didn't take long until I was doing whole programs. The machine is ultra quiet, I mean it doesn't make a sound. The interface is a bit tricky but read the manual. It has an input for a mp3 player, but I wish it had the Ipod dock. I haven't used the USB funciton for saving user programs yet. All in all I couldn't be happier with this machine and have lost 30 pounds in 2 and a half months, and most of all I feel a zillion times better. Buy this machine you won't be sorry."
