• MET: The metabolic equivalents program allows you to select the workout load, from 1 MET to 16 METs, to simulate the cardiovascular effect of various light to strenuous activities.
• Fat Burning: Exercising for longer periods of time at a consistent level of intensity encourages your body to burn calories and fat faster.
• Automatic Interval: Increase heart rate and improve cardiovascular functions with higher intensity routines then cool down.; The nine intervals within this program offer great balance between cardio, fat burning and muscle toning. Each of the nine intervals can be adjusted at will.
• Strength: Starting in warm-up mode, the endurance program gradually increases in intensity to burn fat and calories and build stamina. The program ends with a cooling down period.
• Fitness Level Test: Determine your fitness level in order to create or customize workouts that help you reach your goals faster. Using the heart rate monitor, this test senses oxygen levels as you progress through the test. Information is then used to help optimize your fitness routines.
• Target Heart Rate: An excellent cardio workout. This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program. All settings are customizable.
• 5 Custom Programs: Create your own work out whether is a walk in the park or a hike in the mountains you can record you favorite workout and repeat as many times as you like. As your tastes change or you fitness level increases you can modify these programs to meet your needs.

• Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth CE 7.4 Elliptical from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the CE 7.4 into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry elliptical in.
• Inside Front Door Delivery ($69): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth CE 7.4 Elliptical inside the door of your home.
• EXPRESS Curbside Delivery ($89): Express curbside delivery will be delivered up to 5 days quicker than our standard delivery options. The freight company will remove the equipment from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights).
• In Room Delivery ($119): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 7.4 in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($229): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 7.4 Elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.

"This elliptical, my first, is a pleasure to use. Ordering and delivery were a breeze. Packaging was first rate. I set the unit up myself and found it very easy to do. All the tools were included! It's heavy so make sure you and a friend can handle the weight or purchase the inside home delivery. Using the machine is a breeze and is way better than pounding your joints to powder on a treadmill or the pavement. Many workout options. Highly recommended."

Excellent Machine

"I had the machine set up. If you have a partner, assembly would not be difficult, but I advise in room delivery as it weighs in at over 200 lbs. The machine itself is excellent - sturdy, stable, silent, etc. I did not receive the usb dongle. I called and was told it would be sent the next day, but I never received it. No big deal. I have only one complaint. The way the console is set up I can't monitor pulse and elapsed tisimultaneously. This also isn't a big deal since I can set the output to "scan" and time and pulse are displayed in their turn (along with watts, calories, rpm,distance, etc.) Bottom line is it's a very good buy. "

"This elipitical trainer is very good quality and met my expectations. It's very well built, solid and was easy to assemble by following the detailed instructions. It was delivered as promised and the two fellows delivering it put it exactly where I wanted it delivered (paid extra for in house delivery). Well worth the money. "
