3 Target : Time, Distance & Calories
MET: The metabolic equivalents program allows you to select the workout load, from 1 MET to 16 METs, to simulate the cardiovascular effect of various light to strenuous activities.
Fat Burning: Exercising for longer periods of time at a consistent level of intensity encourages your body to burn calories and fat faster.
Automatic Interval: Increase heart rate and improve cardiovascular functions with higher intensity routines then cool down.; The nine intervals within this program offer great balance between cardio, fat burning and muscle toning. Each of the nine intervals can be adjusted at will.
Strength: Starting in warm-up mode, the endurance program gradually increases in intensity to burn fat and calories and build stamina. The program ends with a cooling down period.
Fitness Level Test: Determine your fitness level in order to create or customize workouts that help you reach your goals faster. Using the heart rate monitor, this test senses oxygen levels as you progress through the test. Information is then used to help optimize your fitness routines.
Target Heart Rate: An excellent cardio workout. This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program. All settings are customizable.
5 Custom Programs: Create your own work out whether is a walk in the park or a hike in the mountains you can record you favorite workout and repeat as many times as you like. As your tastes change or you fitness level increases you can modify these programs to meet your needs.
Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth CE 7.4 Elliptical from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the CE 7.4 into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry elliptical in.
Front Door Delivery: BEST VALUE! Delivered to the first dry enclosure of your home, including the garage, porch or inside your front door.
EXPRESS Curbside Delivery : Express curbside delivery will be delivered up to 5 days quicker than our standard delivery options. The freight company will remove the equipment from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights).
Room of Choice Delivery : Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 7.4 in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
Delivery & Assembly : This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 7.4. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.
"We have bought many different types of exercise equipment over the years. The Smooth Elliptical Trainer is by far the best quality and most used piece of equipment we've owned. My husband and I both use it at least 4x a week (each) and after owning it for a year we are still happy with our purchase. My only comment is that its developed a squeak but I'm sure I just need to read the maintenance document for an easy fix."
