"I have had this product for about 2 months now. It came in a very large box and was not very difficult to assemble. Once assembled, it is easy to move about but you will need help to move it between floors. As many have said, it is quiet though mine has begun to develop a slight squeak. It is smooth and that is the big thing for me. Because of it’s smooth operation, I actually enjoy using it. I set it to a low resistance and for 5 minute warm-up. Then I begin my workout in earnest which also includes time on a TotalGym and an Ab Lounger. I finish with several 16 minute sets on the CE 7.4. I do 16 minute sets so each bar on the LED display represents one minute. At the end of the 16 minute session, I might do another but at a slightly less resistance. It would be nice it the electronics would allow me to program a protocol but it’s not that big a deal to me. The important thing is that the 7.4 operates smoothly and that helps me to get on the thing and use it. I tried some cheap models at a sports warehouse and they were awful. That helped me to realize I had made the right choice. So far I have lost 20 pounds. Of course I have been watching what I eat and exercising daily but I give a lot of credit to the 7.4. It’s overall quality is helping me to stay the course."
