Programs:

• Manual Program: Simply press start button on your CE 3.6 elliptical to create your own personalized workout, or to simply experiment!
• Three Target Programs: Time: Choose a preset time or enter your own. Adjust your resistance or motion for a challenging workout. Distance: Choose a preset distance or enter your own. Calories: This is an ideal program for those who are watching their calories or have goals based on calorie counts. Simply enter the number of calories you would like to burn and begin. Adjust your resistance or motion for maximum calorie burn.
• Random: Over 50 different program profiles to challenge you through years of use.
• Fat Burning: This program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
• Interval Program: Get fit fast with this time tested training program. Periods of high and low intensity works both your aerobic an anaerobic systems. This type of training has been practiced for years by athletes and trainers.
• Endurance Program: Starting in warm-up mode, the endurance program gradually increases the intensity incrementally to burn fat calories and build stamina. A cooling down period follows the final level of intensity. Each of the eight levels is adjustable. Varied Intensity along the way for maximum benefit.
• Watt Control: Use the preset wattage level or select your own. Resistance changes automatically during this routine to ensure a constant level of effort. The effort level can be increased or decreased during the workout.
• Heart Rate Control: The consummate cardio workout. This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (This should be subject to the user's physical condition and determined after consulting with a physician.) Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program. All settings are customizable.

• Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth CE 3.6 Elliptical Trainer from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the elliptical trainer into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry the elliptical in.
• Inside Front Door Delivery ($69): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth CE 3.6 Elliptical inside the door of your home.
• EXPRESS Curbside Delivery ($89): Express curbside delivery will be delivered up to 5 days quicker than our standard delivery options. The freight company will remove the equipment from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in. (more than 2 flights of outside stairs to your home would be an additional charge please call us to arrange for more flights).
• In Room Delivery ($119): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 3.6 Elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($229): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 3.6Elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.

Love This Machine

"I use this elliptical machine every day. It doesn't even feel like exercise. I watch a TV show while I exercise and the time passes quickly. I actually look forward to a workout, and that has never happened to me before. The only complaint I have is that there seems to be a clicking hitch like sensation on the right pedal that I can't diagnose or fix. "

Good solid product

"We are very happy with this product. It is solid and durable in construction. A bit pricey than your typical elliptical, but appears to be rugged and durable. We enjoy using it at our home. We used the deliver and install option. Because the equipment is heavy, I am glad we did. The installers were the shippers themselves, and did not seem that familiar with the product. However, it ended up working out well."
