Programs:

• Manual Program : Just as you can quickly and easily switch the CE 3.0DS between elliptical and stepper motions, you can also change your workout on the fly. The manual program allows you to create your own personalized workout, or to simply experiment!
• 6 Preset Programs: This program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
• 4 Heart Rate Control Programs: This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.
• Body Fat Measurement: Measure your body fat with the body fat measurement program. Body Mass Index is a height/weight formula used by health and weight professionals around the world to asses a person’s body weight, measuring the level of body fat in an individual. From your body mass index number you can see if you are underweight, normal weight, overweight or obese.

• Inside Front Door Delivery ($69): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth CE 3.0DS Elliptical inside the door of your home.
• In Room Delivery ($119): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 3.0DS Elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($229): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 3.0DS Elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.

Something you can use...

"Have been researching for ellipticals for a while and finally decided on SmoothFitness after reading reviews from multiple site all over. * Was able to set up (with my wife) within a couple of hours took our time with no problems. * Had set up in living room and was able to transport to back porch easily. * Got it back in January and am happy to say that it has worked great since NOTE: Our computer wasn't registering some data; speed, distance, and programs) but called in for service and although the part was on backorder the guy they had to fix the issue was in and out and we didn't miss a beat. * We also have a treadmill which was wearing on my old knees, and this has been a god send, I get on and get full body workout with the arms and I just feel great every morning. Goes well with Wahoo's heart monitor that I use to get the heart rate data then sync with RunKeeper. * Unlike Treadmill that has had clothes on it at times throughout the years we have had it this thing is being used by multiple people in household on a consistant basis, well almost everyday but weekends, got to relax at some point :) * Speakers, don't use, I have TV in porch area with ROKU so it's Hulu and Netflix for me while I work out. Did try it and as others have said you wouldn't want touse as a boombox LOL..."

"Overall, this maachine does the job! I like the smoothness of it and it gives me a good workout. My only concern, about a month into using it, the belt on the inside wheel broke off and someone had to come out to replace it; the company did a great job getting someone out right away though! "

What I needed

"I bought an elliptical so I could exercise when it is cold or icy outside. This elliptical is just what I needed. I think the manual program is much better than the pre-determined ones. The pulse mode really does not seem to be meaningful. "

Solid construction

"I was a little overwhelmed when the large heavy box was delivered to the the house. Yet the directions were clean and the parts we of good quality. Machine assembled according to plan. The elliptical is solid and stable. It works well and has performed to expectations. "
