"The ordering process was easy. I paid the extra money to have this elliptical delivered to a certain room in the house and they set it up. It worked from the second I got on it. It is no rinky dink machine and is certainly gym quality. I love it and have had no problem with it at all. The only reason I feel the stability is good vs excellent is that when you run fast on it sometimes you can feel the thumping underfoot. I highly recommend this piece of equipment. The price was outstanding and quite the bargain. All my family members use it regularly with no complaint!"

12 Preset Programs: This program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
2 Heart Rate Control Programs: The Heart Rate Control Program allows a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.
2 Custom Courses: Create your own work out whether is a walk in the park or a hike in the mountains you can record you favorite workout and repeat as many times as you like. As your tastes change or you fitness level increases you can modify these programs to meet your needs.
1 Watt Control Program: Use the same energy while working out. If you peddle quickly, the resistance level will decrease and if you peddle slowly, the resistance level will increase, keeping you in the same watt value.
1 Random Program: The elliptical chooses a random workout routine that changes everytime you choose it. One day it could be low resistance throughout your workout, the next day could be a high intensity workout.
Free Curbside Delivery: Curbside delivery is our FREE delivery option. The freight company will remove the Smooth CE 3.0XT Elliptical from the truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it’s a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in.
Front Door Delivery: BEST VALUE! Delivered to the first dry enclosure of your home, including the garage, porch or inside your front door.
Room of Choice Delivery : Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 3.0XT Elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
Delivery & Assembly : This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 3.0XT Elliptical Trainer. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.
