Programs:

• Manual Program: The manual program allows you to create your own personalized workout, or to simply experiment!
• 12 Preset Programs: This program ends the myth of no pain no gain. Exercising for longer periods of time at a reduced level of intensity encourages your body to burn more calories and fat. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.
• 1 Heart Rate Control Program: The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, a powerful workout and a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.

• Inside Front Door Delivery ($49): BEST VALUE! Delivery professionals will deliver and place the Smooth CE 3.0DS Elliptical inside the door of your home.
• In Room Delivery ($99): Two delivery professionals will place your Smooth CE 3.0DS Elliptical in the room of your choice (up or down 2 flights of stairs).
• Delivery & Assembly ($199): This is our premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, we'll also assemble your Smooth CE 3.0DS Elliptical. (The 2 flights of stairs rule still applies, call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people the in room placement and assembly option is well worth it.

"I love the machine. My only negative experiences is that all the screws were not included in the bag when I put it together and that everytime I use the machine, one of the screws comes aloose and I have to screw it in again."

Great Machine for City Apartment

"I am very satisfied with my smooth CE 3.6 Elliptical. For years I worked out at top notch gyms, but due to my increasingly busy schedule I decided to move workouts into the house. In doing so, I wanted a machine that was quiet and compact, without compromising on quality. This machine certainly does that. The 21" stride is my only compliant; I an used to a 20" stride and thought the extra inch would increase the intensity of my workout. Instead, it just changes the workout to more of a stair-master experience. I wouldn't choose another brand, but I would have appreciated knowing that when considering ellipticals."

Smooth CE 3.0DS

"I received the Smooth CE 3.0DS in early December of 2011. It's late January 2012 now and I'm down 15lbs. This is a great elliptical. It doesn't quite have the feel of the big monsters in the fitness clubs, but I didn't want that at home. It's compact, has a good stride length, however it took a little getting used to because the stride is wider that normal motion. My wife loves the stepper conversion. It only takes a few minutes by twisting 2 knobs and re-aligning the bars then screwing the knobs back on. The heart rate monitor has been great so far. All in all, I could not be more happy with the quality I received for the price I paid. Highly recommend!"
