Several years ago I purchased a Smooth Fitness eliptical. It is a well-constructed machine. I just finished my workout and am cooling-down. I wanted to simply say thank you for helping me maintain my health. I have had multiple sclerosis for over twenty years. Before retirement, I was able to exercise by running. Due to effects of my multiple sclerosis, I gradually had to limit myself to less stressful excercise like biking and walking. I used to take evening walks around the neighborhood for an hour. Muscle fatige eventually limited my walks to twenty minutes before I would begin to limp with my right leg. It was about that time that I retired from work and purchased your eliptical. I have been able to maintain a half hour workout for the past few years. Before the eliptical I was at a loss about finding an exericise routine that I could maintain, with my disability. I do not know how long I will be able to perservere with the limits of my disease, but I am optimistic that I will be able to maintain my current health. I know my eliptical is making a difference in my ability to enjoy my life.

It's very quiet, super sturdy, and a great machine. When I first got it, the chest strap for the HR monitor was not registering. Called service, and they sent out a new strap. Still didn't work. They express mailed out a new console and sent an in-home technician to get it working. Everything is good now. When Smooth touts their high service level... they mean it! That's a very refreshing experience. Thanks Smooth!!!

A very special thank-you to Nicole for straightening out my really "final" order! Yesterday, Nicole was quick to respond to my order change and worked diligently with the warehouse, shipping, and ordering departments - no small feat at the end of her day! Even though the mistake was mine, she was very pleasant, helpful, and patient. This morning I received a new order/invoice in my email box - just as she said. Kudos to Nicole and your customer support department - who knew I would put it to the test before I even received my elliptical?

We bought our Smooth Elliptical Agile DMT X2 about 3 months ago and absolutely LOVE it! We wanted an elliptical that was as good and sturdy as the one we used at the gym and this one exceeds all of our expectations. Six people can keep their own information on this one unit. It lets us use our own Iphone/ipod for music, has a built in fan, and is VERY quiet and well, smooth to use. HIGHLY recommend this product.

I am so lucky I chose Smooth Fitness when I was looking for a treadmill. The machine is great, though there are probably others equally as good. But the service at Smooth Fitness is amazing. I really appreciate the prompt attention and expert advice I always get when I call, and I doubt there is another service center that is equal to you and Angel.

I am seventy years of age. I retired a year ago from my own business. After retiring on one of my routine visits to the doctor, I was informed my blood sugar was up enough to be categorized as a diabetic plus my cholesterol was up as well. My doctor recommended losing weight and to start walking. I immediately went to work on it by walking outside at least thirty minutes every other day . In addition I changed my diet. Choosing to eat oatmeal for breakfast with one slice of toasted whole grain bread and a small glass of apple juice in the morning, a bowl of chicken rice soup and a tuna fish sandwich or sardines for lunch with a diet glass of ginger ale. Lastly I have a 300 calorie Lien Cuisine and a large salad with a glass of ice green tea for supper. Within sixty days I saw results and was encouraged to buy my own treadmill for my convenience, working out at home early in the morning regardless of the weather. I chose to buy a Smooth Fitness Model 5.65 after doing some research on the web. I was formerlya purchasing agent for a small manufacturer in Michigan, so I have some skills in research and buying. I am now walking every day for thirty minutes. By the end of the year I managed to lose fifty pounds and impressed my doctor. My diabetes went into remission and my cholesterol is down to a normal level. But the best reward is, I feel ten years younger and have greater stamina. I now go with my wife shopping at Walmarts and walk from one end of the store to the other with energy to spare. Seriously, I realize I allowed my self to get out of shape by becoming a couch potato and not getting enough exercise and also eating too much. I would highly recommend everyone to get on a similar program regardless of your age. It will improve you in so many ways. I am sincerely and genuinely grateful to Smooth Fitness for building an attractive, very functional product with all the necessary accessories and at the same time offering a great warranty which they will stand behind one hundred percent.

I received my CE3.6 on Tuesday, April 5. After assembling the unit, I had an issue with the Foot Pedal Arm rubbing and causing damage in the flywheel housing. I called the Customer Service line and spoke to Matt Einstein. He was extremely helpful and took extra time with me on the phone to make sure he understood the nature of the problem. I work in the Customer Service industry so I am aware of how important good representatives are...they are the face (voice) of your company. Matt went above and beyond for me. He found a solution to the problem and made sure I was up and running in no time. Consider me a completely satisfied customer. I would recommend Smooth Fitness to any of my friends. The Customer Service support I received was exceptional. Please pass along my thanks to Matt. He does a fantastic job!!

We have had our Smooth Fitness Treadmill for over 3 years and are very pleased with the performance. Traveling has given us opportunities to use other treadmills and none been as comfortable to walk on as the one we have at home. Service after sale and tech support after warranty period has been excellent. If we ever need to purchase a new treadmill, it will be from your company.

We received our new treadmill (6.75). It is fantastic so far. Very nice controls on the handles as well as console, and very solid machine for my 220 lb frame. Easy to set up out of the box as well.
