We offer a 60-day trial period to all our customers, so treadmill and ellipticals are sometimes returned. When that happens, the returned equipment is removed from the box, assembled, and fully tested and evaluated by our service team. Those units that are deemed to be in perfect working condition are then re-boxed to be sold as a discount treadmill or elliptical. Our standards of testing are rigorous and thorough.
